HP Schmid / Organic Planet is now primary in Organic Cinnamon.
Cinnamon has a been a core conventional item for the group. Bakers Elements is a primary manufacturer of ground cinnamon and a leading supplier to the N. American bakery trade.
By leveraging their extensive origin partnerships, we were able to obtain primary access to a specified quality of organic cassia from Indonesia.
The cassia is imported directly and processed at the Bakers Elements facility in Wood Dale, IL. This enables full traceability and ultimate control over end product quality.
We offer three grades:
- Volatile Oil 2.0%
- Volatile Oil 2.5%
- Volatile Oil 3.25%
With a strategic sourcing alliance and U.S. domestic based processing, we are able to market the highest quality product at the most competitive level.
We are excited about this natural extension of our product line.
